I passed my test first time on the 12th August and am very pleased with the service I received from my driving instructor, Kerstin! Lessons were well organised and structured, everything was explained clearly and was made to feel comfortable whilst learning to drive which made the whole experience a lot easier and more enjoyable.

No complaints whatsoever from me and I would recommend Countywide without any hesitation at all!

Bill was an excellent teacher. He explained things clearly and effectively as well as being forever patient. The lessons were carefully structured to make sure I was able to work on my weakest areas and covered everything in time for the test. My lessons were flexible and the right length.

I passed my test first time yesterday (24th Sept) with just three minors and had only been learning for about 14 weeks. I was really pleased with Countywide and special thanks to Bill, for being so patient and calm. He was always on time or early and all of my lessons were well organised. Everything was explained clearly to me and any faults were focused on to improve. The hour and a half lessons I received twice a week, were the perfect amount of time to learn efficiently and the progress card and revision booklets helped me tremendously.

I had my lessons with Martin from the beginning of this year! Martin was a pleasure to learn from and also to share the car with! As a full time worker it is also worth mentioning that Martin was always very flexible with my working hours, accomodating my after work and weekend driving needs. He is a great guy and I am planning to book a few motorway lessons with him in Jan as well! :-) Thank you Countywide!

My driving instructor, Janet Cook, was excellent. I had previously had instruction from another instructor. I felt i was not getting the best from this person, so decided to change to Janet. I then realised how poor my previous instuctor was and how good Janet is. Testament to this is that i passed first time with very few minors. My confidence increased and I then started to enjoy driving. Thanks again :)

Despite nearly killing Janet in my first lesson after putting the car into my neighbours house, she continued to teach me through the majority of my learning. All the time, she was helpful, thoughtful and always encouraging despite the time it took me to get to grips with the car. She never critised despite me deserving it on more that one occasion and I am extremely grateful to her for helping me to pass first time!

I can't thank Countywide enough. I’ve only praise to offer Martin; he was professional but he also became a friend, someone who could sympathise if you had had a bad day whilst being an excellent teacher, offering to revise manoeuvres repeatedly (even spending an hour\'s lesson just practising turning right!). He was flexible with hours and gave constructive feedback, which helped immensely. I've already arranged to do the Pass Plus course with Martin during the half term break. I didn\'t realise how much I enjoyed driving until I drove by myself after my test; Martin gave me the confidence to drive and encouraged my passion for it. I can't imagine learning to drive with anyone else, I seriously think your school is the best. Many thanks Countywide, you’re the best!

I highly recommend Allison. i changed from another instructor to her half way through learning and she adapted to the skills i had previously learnt which were different to how she taught. i passed first time with 2 minors after only 3 months of lessons. Right from the beginning i found Janet increased my confidence in driving. She was always thorough and explained things very well. She not only taught me to control the car but also to drive safely with the right attitude. I found the little sayings very useful and i still think of them when i drive. She was very punctual, organised and had a clear plan as to how i could improve and what to focus on. She was always very friendly so i felt comfortable and relaxed when she was teaching. I went into my test feeling very well prepared.

I have just passed my driving test and really wanted to say how much I appreciate all the help given to me by my Countrywide instructor Kerstin Fleckhaus. She was just brilliant - when I started having lessons I sometimes made really silly mistakes but Kerstin never made me feel foolish, she was always calm and talked things through with me so I could see exactly where I'd gone wrong. It's a fantastic feeling to have passed first time and I honestly think it's all thanks thanks to having such a great instructor - THANK YOU.
